| All our vehicles can be driven on a standard UK Class-B driving licence. See Terms & Conditions for full details. |
| Are there any restrictions on what day I can hire the vehicle from? |
| No, the hire period can start & finish on any day of the week. |
| Is there a minimum hire charge or hire period? |
| There is no minimum hire charge, however in high season (June to August) there is a minimum hire period of 7 nights. At all other times there is a minimum hire period of 4 nights. |
| What insurance do you provide? Does this cover personal belongings? |
| UK comprehensive insurance is included in the hire charge. Continental insurance is available at extra cost. Neither includes cover for personal belongings. We would recommend that travel insurance be purchased to cover personal effects during your hire period. |
| When can I collect the vehicle? |
| Your hire vehicle will be available for collection after 12pm on the day of departure. |
| How long should I allow for the handover procedure? |
| Approximately 30 minutes. This will also give you the chance to familiarize yourself with the vehicle. A member of staff will be on hand to walk you through all the controls and fittings. Take this opportunity to ask any questions you have. So that you leave us feeling totally comfortable with the vehicle. |
| Can I be collected from an airport or railway station? |
| Yes we provide a pick up and drop off service to the local area, including Birmingham International Airport, at no extra cost. Please inform us on time of arrival and number of passengers to be carried. |
| Can you deliver the motorhome to me? |
| Yes, but there would be a charge involved, please ask for details. |
| Why do I have to pay a £500 security deposit? |
| A deduction from this deposit will be made in the event that any damage accidental or otherwise is caused to the vehicle during the hire period. To ensure this does not happen please return the vehicle in the manner & time specified within the rental agreement and our terms & conditions, on time, emptied, cleaned & un-damaged. |
| When do I have to return the vehicle? |
| The vehicle must be returned by 12pm at the end of the agreement. |
| Are your motorhomes petrol or diesel? What MPG can I expect from the vehicle? |
| All our hire vehicles are diesel which depending on use return up to 25MPG |
| Do your motorhomes have seat belts? Can I use my own child seat? |
| All our vehicles are fitted with seat belts. In most cases all front facing seats will have 3-point restraints while all rear facing seats will have lap belts. You are more then welcome to use your own child seat, however we ask that you are responsible for its installation and operation in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. |
| Can I smoke in the motorhome? |
No. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the benefit of other users and would greatly appreciate your co-operation.

| Are pets allowed in the motorhome? |
No. For the benefit of other users all animals with the exception of guide dogs are unfortunately not allowed.

| Do you offer any long-term hire discounts? |
| Yes discounts start at 21 days, please ask for details. |
| Do you offer a try before you buy discount? |
| Yes, if you hire a vehicle from us and then decide to buy a vehicle form us (It does not have to be the one you hired) we can usually offer a discount of up to the first weeks hire charge you have paid off the sale price of the vehicle. |
| Are there any speed limit or lane restrictions for your motorhomes? |
In the UK motorhomes must conform to different speed limits to cars. 70mph is still the maximum on motorways. But on dual carriageways the maximum is reduced to 60mph and again to 50mph on single carriageways. Lane restrictions will only apply to vehicles with a MAM in excess of 7500kg. However in Europe you will find more differences on this subject depending what region you are in. If you have any concerns, or for information more specific to your trip please contact us.
